I had the pleasure of meeting Lauren, the co-owner or Primal Ice yesterday. She very helpfully and patiently explained so much to me about my first cryo session and was such pleasant company during too-- helpful distraction from the cold! Level 1 was quite bearable and I am looking forward to cranking it up a notch or two next time :) thanks so much Ryan and Lauren, and to my friend Billy for the referral! Such a welcoming and professional, clean environment.
