• My family comes to PRIM for our haircare. Kristi and Makenzie are the BEST. Both so talented. Hey, when you got it you got it and they got it for hair. Plus they are both incredibly fun and kind to talk to while getting hair done.

• Such a great team at Prim. I was welcomed warmly by Ellle who led me to a very chique & comfy sitting area. I was informed my stylist would be with me shortly, and offered me a tea or coffee while I waited. Karley was there before I knew it, sincerely apologized for the delay, then led me quickly to her station. It's a gift to have a stylist of her quality pamper you! If you haven't had the warm towel facial and shampoo / scalp massage you need to, it will reset your reality. Always the best from the Prim team.
