• Karley Marance was so incredibly down to earth and easy to have conversation with. This made the pedicure so much fun! It was like hanging out with a long lost friend, although we had just met. At the end she offered to add extra sparkles to my pedicure as well, which I hadn't been offered previously, and my mind was blown with excitement! Of course I want sparkles! Overall, the facility was incredibly clean and the staff was so inviting. I definitely would recommend Karley in particular if anyone wanted a pedicure at Prim.

• We had wonderful ladies who chatted and helped us choose our colors. They were so knowledgeable and did a wonderful job! Everyone was so friendly and seemed happy plus it was clean!

• my airbrush artist Karli was one of the nicest people i've met and made me feel so comfortable througout the whole process! She was very knowledgable about aftercare and gave me some great advice!
