• I had a fantastic experience. This was my first visit to Prim. Karley was recommended to me by my son's girlfriend. She took great care in helping me determine highlights and lowlights, consulted with a colleague to double check to make sure of the formula (which I appreciate because I love it when people work as a team and collaborate). The colour turned out perfectly! The cut was fantastic; attention to detail and she was not satisfied until I was satisfied (I have stubborn hair). Oh and that scalp massage! It was soooooo good! Oh, and when Karley chats with her clients she makes eye contact!!My greatest peave is when stylists talk to their clients via the mirror but don't make eye contact WITH the client. My last two at two other places always looked at themselves. Karley was totally engaged in making my experience fantastic. I will be back!
