• Walked in and was greeted right away with a smile and they knew my name, like they were expecting me. During the tan, the girl was very professional even though I was naked, she made me feel comfortable and did the tan very fast. Easy to talk to and had a great chat. Was given some aftercare tips just as I was finished. Then as I went to the front, staff again asked if I needed any help while browsing the products - no rush was put on for me to pay andleave. Welcoming experience! And I love that
