• I've been quite spoiled having Jenna do my haircuts with a hot towel facial & wash for a few years. I was cautiously optimistic trying a new Prim Professional. It's always scary finding the right fit. Carley was most likely a bit nervous herself, big shoes to fill. However, she asked the right questions and proceeded with a practiced skill that I believe put us both at ease. I was pleased with a good haircut. But, when Carley took me to a sink/chair for a rinse, wash with scalp massage, hot towel facial, as well a cleanser/moisturizer my expectations were definitely exceeded. Thank you Prim & Carley! I'm looking forward to my next (stress free) appointment. A solid 9 out of 10, nearly unheard of for a first appointment.
