• I have been coming to Prim for a short while and decided to come here for all of my pampering before my wedding. Booking was easy and reception was incredible and accommodating. When there was alternative openings, I was contacted so it could be more convenient for my group and I. My spray tan experience was incredible and I felt comfortable and looked after. My group also go manicures and pedicures and everyone left feeling beautiful and techs were professional and easy to talk with. My hair was also done the morning of our event and Karley was incredible! Did exactly what I asked and looked for feedback to make sure I left happy. Awesome services all around from booking all the way to the end!

• The price was a little misleading. I’m very happy with the service I received and so I was happy to pay more than expected, however it would have been nice to know what to expect for the entire service, as it was significantly more than I was expecting based on the website.
