• Everything was wonderful. The only small complaint would be the lack of soundproofing of the massage room. It's difficult to reach full relaxation when you can hear the constant thumping of bass from the music playing in the salon. Other than that... it was a great experience!

• Prim is a very welcoming space and I feel comfortable being there for long periods of time, all the staff are very welcoming and friendly which always makes me feel welcomed. I would recommend to anyone that prim is the place to go!
