• Friendly staff-I've gotten quite a few massages and Rachel asks how my work is going, asks if I want 'the usual' which tells me she remembers my preferences; front staff is positive and approachable; things are clean and well maintained. I also love the online booking option-it's very convenient when I want to book out of store hours.
