• Laticia is always a 10! I've been using her for almost 8 years and I have zero complaints about anything. (That's not normal in most places) Everything is first class and professional.

• Leticia is always so personable, relatable and friendly. Front desk girl seemed a little quiet or standoffish and very monotone in her mannerism when checking out but I chalked it up to maybe she was new. If everyone was as upbeat as Leticia and her sister (can't recall her name) you would have it going on in the customer service dept
