Receptionist passed over me in line to check in and proceeded to help customer behind me. I was on time and made to wait. Receptionist did not explain why she did this. I enquired, customer behind me was late but I was forced to wait taking time from my appt. I was then rushed upstairs with no time to catch a glass of water even.
