1. Monica & Alex were wonderful! Very helpful, informative and friendly. 2. Monica gave me extra time in the sauna (while I waited for my husband, who had a 2 hr appt) allowing me to fully explore and appreciate the sauna programs and rainshower!! It was marvelous! She also gave me ideas on how best to experience the sauna and spa. 3. The time of day. 10 am on Tuesday it was quiet, not crowded had the place to myself. 4. I love the snack mix! The nuts are always fresh!! 5. I enjoyed chatting with the owner. Our shared love of sparkles, Betsey Johnson, and gardening ideas for the outside lounge added to my happy day.😊 6. I was able to spend pampering time with my husband.
