Velma explained what she was going to do to my face before she got started on my facial and even asked if I had any allergies (very important to ask as I do have many food allergies). She also asked me if I currently do a regimen and recommended a few products, as well as tips and tricks to maintain healthy skin during this season as I lean towards dry skin. I definitely would recommend others to her for facials.
