Seeking models with highly-textured hair to receive silk blowouts from licensed cosmetologists participating in Pressed Roots' Silk Blowout Academy. The training is supervised by Master Trainers from Pressed Roots.

*You understand that all silk blowouts are completed by licensed cosmetologists but are not affiliated with Pressed Roots.
*You understand that if the trainee you are assigned to doesn’t show for the training, you will not receive a blowout but will be refunded and will have the option to rebook for a different time slot.
*You understand that these stylists are not Pressed Roots employees and that this is a training environment, so there are no quality guarantees.
*You must pay $35 up front to receive a silk blowout through the training program. This pays for products used and trainee's time.
*You are not permitted to post a review of your experience on any platform because these trainees are not Pressed Roots employees.
*You must be on time and available for the entire training, which can last from 2-4 hours. If you are more than 10 minutes late or have to leave during training, we reserve the right to remove you from the training cohort without a refund.
*You must be comfortable receiving curls or waves for the final look.
*You should not have ANY form of extensions. All braids, twists, hair pieces, etc. must be removed prior to the start of the training.
*You must be able to submit a photo of your hair. Our ideal hair model is someone with type 4 (kinky, curly, coily) hair.
*We reserve the right to not invite you back for subsequent modeling opportunities.
*Due to the amount of room available and our desire to provide a space free of distractions, any additional guests, including children, other friends/family, pets, etc. are not allowed.
