I typically go to the Arlington location didn't like that they didn't ask how much I wanted to tip rather than take 20 percent. I visited the location in Dallas and it was exceptional from start to finish. This is the location I will visit from now on

Great service. Clean, peaceful ambiance. The hairstylists were NOT rude unlike what you see in so many salons. They even fit me in last minute. Honestly they’re a dream come true. My only complaint is that I think they could be a little faster but honestly it’s not a big deal.
