First time I came, I was disappointed. A co worker went to Plano location and she was very happy. So I tried there, but I did not see availability. So, I tried this location again. I noticed a lot of different people and I noticed that my hairstylist was confident and felt trustworthy.

It's very hard these days to find a salon where professionalism, healthy haircare, beautiful hair styling, upscale fast service and great customer service exist under one roof. Especially for the black community! However, pressed roots hair salon is an amazing all-in-one !!! My stylist Amaris did a great job making me feel comfortable.Bravo!!! I loved my experience there and the atmosphere is so refreshingly peaceful!!!! I will be returning:) Drove all the way from Burleson and look forward to doing it again for my next appointment;)

Kakila was great. She talked to me about my hair and what I can do better and did a great job on my curls. She has a Positive attitude as well.

My stylist Emaris (I might be spelling it wrong) was great! She was polite; kind, wasn't rough and even apologized if I winced (which wasn't her fault I'm just tender-headed)

The experience was really nice. The customer service was great! I was interested to see how Anna would do with my 4C hair and it seemed like some of the shampoo girls were interested as well because they kept staring at her and I. But Anna did an amazing job!! The hair at the nape of my neck is super short so that isn't as straight but overall, this was probably the best blowout that I've had!
