The experience was professional and efficient from start to finish. This was my first visit, but I will be back many more times in the future. When I walked in, I was offered a drink and a seat. I only sat for a few minutes before I was taken to get my wash and condition, then immediately transferred to the Stylist, who only focused on my hair the entire time. She was so friendly and talked me through her process. I was in and out in about 2 hours.
