I thought the front desk was welcoming. My hairstylist Kristen was friendly and made the experience enjoyable. The salon is beautiful and had a great playlist.The only suggestion I have is that I would like for them to have talked more about my hair, hair type, and care, similar to the hair quiz that we take before coming into the salon. On that quiz I was not certain of all my answers.Since the salon is specifically for us curly hair girls it would be a nice ( customer service ) touch.
