When I arrived I was promptly greeted with a smile, although covered by her mask, she added an energetic wave to her warm welcome. Nice touch! She quickly got me checked in and offered me a beverage; thereafter told me to make myself comfortable in the check in area. Not sure why that gesture to make myself comfortable set with me but it was refreshing. I didn't event have a chance to get super comfy at this point because the shampoo tech, Queen swooped right in and got started on my me immediately. She greeted herself and led me to the bowl. Talk about smooth transitioning!! Queen was super friendly and gentle; we chatted the entire wash. Final step, meeting Bre, the stylist, another smooth transition. Everyone was warm, friendly, and genuine when they introduced themselves and informed you of next steps. WOW! Bre used this magical brush that allowed super easy detangling, MY GOODNESS!! I have never had such a soothing and relaxing hair salon experience. No tugging and no pulling, just gentle sectioning/ detangling and styling. I was so impressed through and through. When the stylist hands you the hand mirror and informs you of what to expect from your trim..... THE CARE AND ATTENTION shown! Drops mic, that sealed the deal!! Not one complaint!! Ohh and the playlist is fire!! I appreciated their attention and respect for a younger lil lady in the salon when one of Megs infamous hits fell in rotation. The song was gracefully skipped. Thank you ALL.

The stylist did excellent work. The music was energetic and salon was very clean and clutter free. I don't like that they don't provide capes so that you don't get clothes dirty. Make sure you don't wear anything nice that don't want dirty.

Ms. Lisa was... AMAZING! After analyzing my hair and scalp, she recommended additional services that she thought would be good for me. She didn’t make me feel pressured and made sure she informed me of how much each service would be. Throughout the process, she made sure I was comfortable and if she was doing everything to my liking. In the end, my hair came out looking better than ever. 100% the best salon experience I’ve ever had!! I’ll definitely be coming back to see Ms. Lisa again!
