I was well taken care of! My stylist would check with me to make sure that I wasn’t uncomfortable. I really appreciated that She asked if the water was too hot or if she was scrubbing to hard. I also appreciated that my hair notes were taken seriously and used to do my hair. I’ve been to many places that try to detangle my hair in one big chunk. With other salons I felt like I could tell them what worked best for my hair. It was so nice to have someone take the necessary time to section my hair in manageable sizes to detangle.

It was an amazing experience. This was my first time going straight and as soon as I arrived I was greeted by beautiful Black women and offered my choice between an array of beverages. It smelled like angels in there and the experience was like being wrapped on the arms of grandmom while the sounds of early 2000s music bellowed through the speakers. I was out in 90 mins flat. Truly s beautiful experience. 10/10 would recommend.
