The atmosphere was comfortable for me as a young black woman. My stylist was incredibly personable and honest. I also like how everything is in plain sight so I didn't have to go very far for each part of my service. Finally, my hair! It's straight enough to wear under my wigs and my stylist cut off everything that needed to go.
