Fist off, Congratulations are in order for the owners for creating such a dope environment. The music and the amount of women who looked just like me with the same hair texture put me in a zone. Everyone was super professional and the communication was on point. My appointment started on time. The young lady who detangled my hair was very gentle and sweet. She communicated with my secondary washer that I am allergic to lavender. Z, straightened my hair. She was professional and very down to Earth. I really had a great first experience. It was a moment of relaxation and no judgement and I am very grateful because places like this just do not exist these days. Money well spend not one complaint!
