My stylist was attentive; she asked about any concerns I had with my hair before starting, noticed my scalp was dry and offered the steam option and offered a trim (I took advantage of both). I was also offered a drink upon arrival (the green juice is bomb) and was seated very quickly. My wash was AMAZING! From beginning to end my experience was great!
