When I walked in the door, I was greeted nicely. It was a welcoming environment. Octavia was professional and she did an excellent job on my hair. She listened to my needs and did exactly what I asked of her. She explained my trim process and made sure I was comfortable. When I left, I was asked how everything was and felt valued as a customer.
