The stylist Alexis I believe was her name was ready for me exactly at the start of my 2 PM appointment. I didn't have to wait for someone else to be done. She educated me on my split ends and recommended how often I should come in to get them trimmed and even recommended that I needed to add on a deep conditioned because of the dryness in my hair. She was super friendly from start to finish and made sure I was comfortable the entire time as well as other staff members. Its always very clean, good music and she was done within a hour and a half. I love the positive energy. I didn't have to worry about negative gossip between the stylist like I've experienced at other salons. The all seem to really like one another and have fun while at work.

Chelsea L. and Jeriah were amazing! They made me feel so comfortable, and were so kind. Chelsea shampooed and styled my hair, and made sure to consult me before cutting or trimming to make sure I was okay with what she was doing. She made sure to detangle my hair with care, and I was out in about 2 hours which I have never experienced in a salon. The music was relaxing, and I enjoyed the atmosphere. Overall, great experience and I plan to be back.
