Because it was the best experience ever, the stylist was so nice and she actually talked with me. I didn't think I had nice enough hair for a silk press but she showed otherwise. Was very knowledgeable about my pattern she made me feel very welcome and relaxed. Wasn't harsh or rough with my head or hair everything was absolutely perfect
