My stylist was great. Overall great experience However, They have a policy that if your hair takes longer than 30 minutes to detangle ( prior to being wash/styled) . You will be turned away . Which I don’t if primary clientele service has thicker coily hair.

Tya was very patient and took her time with my thick hair. She didn't yank it and deranged it with love (shall I say). She even gave pointers and recommended products to help me get my hair where I need it. The cherry on top was how she styled my curls. I loved it and will be using her going forward. It's the best silk press I've received at PR.
