Greetings! I chose that score because it was easy to book. I actually had to be put on the waitlist and someone called me due to a cancellation. The ease of booking through website and communicating through text made it super convenient. My hairstylist was Tamesha aka Meechie. She was professional, Knowledgeable, timely, and personable. I was greeted by two friendly receptionist. One I think was new because the other lady was training her how to checkout, add gratuity, and breakdown the price of services. I'm in customer service and don't mind seeing others get trained as it adds to the efficiency of the team. Overall I loved my Pressed Experience and will be returning!
