My experience was awesome from being offered a mimosa to my hair wash and the trim which I loved and the styling. When I got out the chair my hair was perfect but it only took a couple minutes and then hours for the humidity to change the look of my hair. I would have loved to get some additional humidity protection since I'm normally natural now I have to purchase a flat iron and touch up my hair the next day.
