Everyone was so genuinely lovely, especially the front desk staff, and my stylist was very caring and gentle with my hair. The music and aesthetics were also a 10/10! • Appointment started on time thorough consultation with stylist before beginning work, clean aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. The stylist did a good job on my hair. The MAJOR drawback for me is not being able to manage my appointment online and not being able to get in contact with a live person to inquire about rescheduling my appointment.
