  • She listened to my concerns. She detangled before washing. She realized importance of washing scalp. I liked how she did not use shampoo on my ends because my ends are dry. I hope they stop using cotton towels to dry, because t-shirt towels create less damage and frizz. And I hope they start applying more conditioner to ends.
