• I have loads of tension in my upper back and shoulders, and the relief I get during after my massage is always great. But it's especially nice that Kat meets me where I am. She helps guide me gently how to help her coax my tension out with reminders to breathe or stories that make me laugh. I feel very safe choosing to change my mind during our session - chat or be silent - as meets my needs. Rose at the front desk was also very helpful and kind.
