• It was fantastic in terms of kid perks (popcorn, show while waiting, lollipop) but our stylist wasn't as tuned into "first haircut" as I would have liked. He may have been rushed as his last client ran over but he just picked up my daughter without explaining things and wasn't as "3 year old first haircut friendly" as I would have thought for a child-specialized place. Several times my daughter said he was pulling her hair while brushing it out. I'm hoping it was a fluke because the place was otherwise lovely
