• I very much liked the ambience, space and privacy of the salon. I thought that Den was attentive and showed great care with the coloring. It was a new color for me and therefore I am quite sensitive and anxious to how it might look. Normally I only like the look about 2-3 days later after a couple of shampoo washes so I guess by Sunday I will know whether I like the color or not. I do think it will turn out well. Today it seems very dark as I have not shampoo'd yet. I find it very difficult to find the right color that I am comfortable with - it's usually too dark in the first 2-3 days and too blond after about 12 days. In between times- great. Let's see how this color turns out.

• It was a very pleasant experience from start to end (nearly 5 hours). Kai was very patient in explaining the colours he recommended for my hair and the reasons why and also the steps to take next. CY took time to understand what I wanted for my hair and cut it in a way that is different from my usual style. Den also trimmed my hair and helped ensure that my hair would be cut in a way that it grows out nicely. Really enjoyed my time at the salon! Thank you Den, Kai and CY!
