• The staff was very thorough with all explanations. I am very self conscious, that's part of the reason I really didn't want to go to a large gym. The staff made me feel extremely comfortable with very little anxiety. Not to mention that you really get a lot for what you pay! I love the red light thing and you get a little massage at the end. I truly had a wonderful experience and cannot wait to go back 😃
