• Prior to coming to Premier I had arthroscopic surgery on my right knee. Obviously losing weight will help in the healing process and reducing pressure/stress on my knees. However, due to swelling, etc that comes with any kind of surgery, Stephanie has been cognizant and patient of this fact. On days I'm unable to do leg work (which unfortunately are often), she adjusts my work out so I'm still getting the benefits. Her concern for my well-being and assistance in " my journey" has truly helped keep me motivated to keep moving forward (however slow that may be!). I can't say enough how glad I am that I made the call to Premier.
