• Everything about my visit was exactly what I'm looking for. **The kindness and hospitality of the staff was excellent. **The cleanliness of the gym was excellent. **The equipment, Red Light Therapy and stretching was very good. **Greg was an amazing trainer. He was patient, encouraging, & knowledgeable. **The motto sign in the entrance is perfect and I knew I was in the right place immediately. I am working on finances to continue my fitness goals with Premier.
