• Hopefully a one time thing but when I arrived at 5:40 pm for 5:45 sauna appointment, there was no one at reception. I waited a few minutes, then peeked behind counter but empty. I went down one hallway and still no one. I called Prema on my cell but was recording. I was concerned that someone might enter premise and steal products on display or worse. Finally found lady in laundry area. She was totally unfazed. I lost almost 15 min sauna time. When client expected, someone should be at Reception. If has to leave area, door to premises should be locked with a note on door. Security issue.
