Megan was incredible. I've been having terrible sciatica pain for the past few months and I woke up this morning in no pain just slightly tight so I feel I can finally stretch and rotate. Thank you So much, Megan, and I will be back soon!!
Wonderful instructors who understand and respect the abilities of all bodies. Never pressured to do a pose the "correct" way...just the way that feels right for my body and mind at that time. Absolutely love them all!
