Great facilities (nice yoga room, big CLEAN bathroom w/ nice shower). Love the infrared heaters and humidity machines! I wish it would have been slightly hotter. Why not a 10? a) your website does a poor job of explaining the expected heat/humidity for each class. b) the practice had more repetition than I prefer.

Kirby is a compassionate teacher who makes beginners and veterans alike feel welcome. He strikes a great balance between making the class challenging without making it intimidating.
