It exceeded my expectations. First visit and I was hoping to just have a relaxing experience. This was an extremely bad year for us as I lost my husband suddenly in August in a motorcycle accident. So my expectation was just to relax for 45 minutes which I absolutely did. We both dozed off and we both slept more soundly last night than we have in a long time and woke up this morning feeling refreshed. The benefits I didn't expect was relief from the pain and stiffness in my hand from arthritis because of a previous injury. And my sinuses cleared up and I got rid of the slight headache I came in with. Added bonus my skin felt softer.
