This was our first yoga class at the Prana lab after COVID and our first class with Alejandra. She was awesome in every way and must have sensed that we were very rusty and so was very gentle with us. So happy to be back and will definitely be taking Alejandra's class again!

I enjoyed because it was a slow paced class. I love the location of the studio plus the door was open and I could feel the breeze. It was not too hot outside.
