I've been coming to Prana for over 4+ years. My daughter was in their daycare before she could walk. They aren't just the most amazing instructors, they are incredibly talented, strong, empathetic and real people who will push you without you feeling pushed. They're not just "instructors" to me, they are family. Need I say more?? 💖💖
