Great workout, start to finish. Made sure we balanced legs, arms, and neck for stretches. Made me realize how much I needed to attend more regularly. First time with Mandy. Really like her.
I love a real class with a great instructor!! Mandy is awesome and I have been unable to come due to an injury so I want to get back at it!
