The pacing and flow was great! The instructor was wonderful. It was difficult to find the location of the studio. Maybe try to post location directions if the specific place in the building for out of town guests.

The environment was Friendly, helpful, welcoming, calming, the class level was appropriately reflected as described, most of all relaxing. We felt wonderful and rejuvenated. Thank You, a great way to reflect on 2018, and to start the new year, 2019!!!
