Everything, the facilitators were excellent. I loved the thoughtfulness with moon water and sage and the location/atmosphere was amazing! I could have been up there for ever with the sounds and experience.

The embodied yoga workshop was worth more than its weight in gold. The instructor facilitated a smooth experience from sign up to close out. The studio space was easy to find and lovely to be in.
