As soon as we walked on the door of the studio, we felt welcome. Great atmosphere and our instructor Loren, was wonderful. We could hear her instructions which were clear and easy to follow. Can't wait to do our next class!

I love the location with the sun starting to set over the mountains and the energy felt in the studio both add to the experience. The class forces me out of my comfort zone and only then can you benefit! Kim is such a great teacher and I always feel so much better afterwards.
