Power Yoga Palm Springs had a refreshingly calm, and welcoming energy in the studio, relative to the competitive crowded and busy Bay Area yoga and Pilates studios I've been used to. I was grateful to get a motivating recovery practice in over the weekend, just what the body, mind, and soul needed. Even on a brief first time visit, it's blatant that Carl seems truly passionate about teaching, respects, and cares a great deal about his students. Namaste!
