Laurel have a fantastic massage. Not at all like the typical spa massage. She was targeted and carefully work all the tension areas she found. She has a very intuitive touch.

The only reason I did not give 10 is I wish all the outdoor classes were @ 9:00AM. It starts to get hot after 10 and 8 is too early. No shade now that the class configuration has turned the opposite direction from last year. The instructors are great! Very good service all around.

Beautiful studio, so clean and very peaceful, Nicole was a wonderful instructor, I love the music, the practice and the essential oils and tools available (blankets, blocks and straps)
