Ashley was a great teacher!! Explained all positions extremely well throughout class. Nice combination of meditation, stretching & power poses. Plan to return!

I went two days in a row and thought the space was clean and comfortable for yoga. I liked the heat. One recommendation is for the classes to be labeled accurately. Both were "heated power flow" and the second one I took, on Saturday, was a Baron Baptist Hot Fusion.

I did the yoga in the park - the instructor was perfect - as was the mountain view! I would do park yoga every day if you had it :)
